I have a video that I desperately need to send by text message. I have edited it and have made it not as long and I have even downloaded an app to shrink the size of the video. Any suggestions on how I can send this one video. I keep getting a message saying it is either to large (doesn't matter if I this 15 seconds or 30 seconds,) or a message saying wrong resolution. Plz help! I have thought about using an app to change it to a zip file but not sure about that.

There is a limit that is pretty small if I remember correctly. Sending via text may not be worth it. Ever considered Dropbox or similar services.

if you send the other person a referral https://www.dropbox.com/referrals

For every friend who joins and installs Dropbox on their computer, we'll give you both 500 MB of bonus space (up to a limit of 16 GB)!
if you use this link https://db.tt/uJOJfZGy to sign up, I will get another 500mb, but if you don't want to no worries.

and
you can share files privately or publicly

Just like mods suggested you can either use cloud services or any social app, your not charged to send message like that. The only catch is both of you need to have access to internet.
