View Full Version : Frustrating Freez-ups

Need help with my Droid RazrM in that it keeps freezing. I called Verizon and the rep said to press both the "on" button and the bottom of the sound button at the same time and hold for 30 sec. to reboot since there is no removable battery. Then push on to restart. Well, the dang thing still keeps freezing up so I took it to the Verizon store and the helper said I would have to completely erase it and start all over. Any alternatives? It is not reliable at all at this point and I hate to think what would happen if I needed to call 911.

try booting in Safe Mode - DROID RAZR M (http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=63868) by MOTOROLA
then start uninstalling recently installed apps
if that doesn't help, data wipe maybe required

verizon's only 2 solutions to problems are, wipe data or sell you a new phone
