I have a Milestone X and I used
RSD Lite 6.0 and SHADO_X6_3.1.39_SHADOW_BP_C_02.06.00R_AP_BP_Flex_1 E_signed_secure_dist_1ff_P3_USERBLD . s b f

RSD Lite said it was Complete but my phone is stuck in the Bootloader, I've tryed pulling battery and holding home button, just keeps going to Bootloader!

Can't download a older version of RSD cuz it says my is too new and won't let me get an older one.

I need help :(

would like to go back to stock, or just try what I was trying (Getting the newest update for my phone)

wiping data is recommended to prevent bootlooping and other conflicts, but not required if phone boots correctly

621 is newest stock rom, if you root, you can flash a custom rom like
MIUI DefX by Wizard0f0s (http://www.droidxforums.com/forum/miui/46049-miui-defx-wizard0f0s.html) or OpenAndroid-VXLR V2.2.0 (http://rootzwiki.com/topic/38403-openandroid-vxlr-v220-stable-waroma-fixed-customizer-added-optional-components-installer-to-aroma-01242012/)

follow before you install a custom rom (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QZtlBNvzefJXL1QAM5FJWJWlXHmy4skwmya-XaTM5QE/edit#)

I Use ACS, and the SBF made it Verizon,(but Its better then Bootloader looper) I'm in the AK (Alaska Conmunication Service) If anyone can get a SBF to get my motorola back to that kinda stock please help?~>!
I wouldn't say bad advice cuz its working just not active THANKS

When you flashed the Cellular South sbf, special radio settings were changed.
The Verizon sbf flashed the radio to verizon settings, but they are likely different than ACS.
you could try changing APN settings (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Te1Na6C6gLvUacQ30_ki8nMO72NbGPpO7FaI3WtjALg/edit), but that is unlikely to be enough , changes may be possible through RadioComm, if correct settings were known.

the best option would be flashing ACS sbf, but there is no public copy available.
You could try taking the phone back to ACS, but they may not even have the sbf, if the phones come from motorola preflashed.

in the future, don't use rsd lite on ACS flashed motorola phones, or any carrier that does not have an available sbf.
If you had used ezSBF (http://www.droidxforums.com/forum/droid-x-sbf/23638-linux-solution-your-windows-rsd-lite-problems.html)Milestone X 4.5.604.iso (http://www.droidxforums.com/forum/droid-x-sbf/23638-linux-solution-your-windows-rsd-lite-problems.html) or sbf_flash (http://blog.opticaldelusion.org/search/label/sbf_flash), they do not flash over radio settings,
the phone may have still worked.
