Pete's tools: Pete's Motorola Root Tools (http://www.psouza4.com/Bionic/)
Or you could use the linux method and SBF to .605 and root all at one time. http://www.droidxforums.com/forum/droid-x-sbf/23638-linux-solution-your-windows-rsd-lite-problems.html

No big deal but you could have selected root from the bootable .iso. Now that you are on a working .605 you cant just use Pete's to root it. Same link as Jeems posted Pete's Motorola Root Tools (http://www.psouza4.com/Bionic/). Also if I'm not mistaken you can just run the bootable .iso again and choose root only option.

i did not see the 605 root , just 605. I will just sbf again if i can find the 605 root all in one. I do see the 602 sbf/root all in one

There is no need to SBF again, that is a lot of work. If you download the .605 iso from here http://www.droidxforums.com/forum/droid-x-sbf/23638-linux-solution-your-windows-rsd-lite-problems.html you can just boot from the disc again, plug your phone in and one of the options should be root only. Also if that's not there, still dont SBF again just use Pete's. It's a simple process and all you should have to do it follow the instructions on the screen.

this. And it should be there in the .605.

It says it under the .605 iso :)

"(This version will let you root with D3 or ZergRush method after the SBF is done, also has root only option)"

Plug your phone in and boot from the iso again. In the first list it doesn't give you an option to root?

.602 root should work fine on .605 if that's the only option it gives you.
