I have a dx2, rooted, running 2.3.5. Lately my phone has been shutting off on its on for no reason. I can lay it down, come back to it and it's off, do a battery pull and it will start up fine. What could be the problem. If it continues Im taking it to Verizon. How do I uninstall SuperUser and ADB Toggle ? All my other apps offer an uninstall option, but this one. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The only sure way to unroot is to SBF, other applications may offer it but will not usually remove all components of root access.

If your planning on taking your DX2 back to verizon you'll have to SBF with RSD lite.
Here's a link to RDS lite: RSD Lite 5.6 - xda-developers (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1348587

T)

Then just find the proper SBF file.

On a side note its going to take a PC regardless. There is options in some of the root apps to unroot but all require PC access. And yeah, SBF is recommended over all other options

Alot of times a factory reset can solve problems. Have you tried that, you'll lose most stuff that's not on the SD but its no worse than an sbf and you keep root access
