ok, it's been awhile since I've been around!..here's my problem..lol..bricked my X somehow..it's stuck at the google screen, even when I pull the battery. When I pull the battery it powers down..but if I put it back in it goes right back to the google screen, and stays there. Any ideas?..I was running miui when I bricked it, and can't remeber what I did!

Can you get into stock recovery? (hold home+power from power-down state)

Yep..got it to the system recovery..did the wipe data/factory reset..and the cache. Then reboot..goes back to the Google screen.

Ok... second question. Do you have ADB on your PC? If so, type (or copy/pasta) these commands in terminal/command line:

adb shell (enter)

cat /sdcard/clockworkmod/recovery-update.zip > /cache/update.zip ; mkdir -p /cache/recovery ; echo '--update_package=CACHE:update.zip' > /cache/recovery/command ; sync ;rm /cache/recovery/command ; echo 1 > /data/.recovery_mode ; sync ; reboot ;

if you do not have adb setup and its not a ROM with bootmenu installed (blue LED on boot) then its SBF tiem!

Easiest. Match the system version to what your base version was before flashing your ROM.
