I don't remember the settings... But I believe you have to add an apn not a vpn

Ok didn't know you had c spire so ya that wouldn't work. Not sure what you would need to do in your case.

It's probably the same thing... You probably just have add in different info into the apn

Post script:I think that bug is just in the factory messaging app... try a different app like go SMS

I've tried go go SMS with no luck. I've searched and found cellular south apn settings(that was before they changed to cspire and it failed.)

You could try calling cspire cs and see if they have working apn settings for Android 4.0. I know cricket doesn't have any official ics apn settings :-(

Cricket is the same way. Huawei Mercury won't get ICS till Q3 along with the Acer tab they're rumored to get and even the 4G Phoenix market doesn't have settings for ICS which is rather sad :-(
