What do you mean you deleted system??
And what where you running on at The time and what where you trying to flash?

Deep breath peeps.

Go in to stock recovery and wipe Data/Factory Reset.

From the list I see in the OP it looks like you didn't wipe Data. You must ALWAYS wipe Data when changing ROMs (not necessarily when upgrading, but when changing its needed)

I'm assuming you wiped /system from Mounts and Storage.

What were you on and what were you going to? Try the stock recovery Factory Wipe first. If you were going to MIUI or EncounterICS we may be able to save you yet if that doesn't work. When the phone reboots there will be a blue led. Press Vol -, go to Recovery, if MIUI choose CWM Recovery, if on EncounterICS choose Latest Recovery. You will be in CWM. Wipe /cache, /data, /system, /dalvik cache (under Advanced, some ROMs Dalvik is included in normal some are not, without knowing what ROM you are on it is best to do this as well). Reflash your ROM. You should be good.

Failing all of that, its SBF TIEM!
