My Droidx has Systen Version of 4.5.621.MB810.Verizon.en.US
Android Version 2.3.4

I am trying to get this phone back to stock to give to another family member on my plan. It was rooted using Peter Sousa procedure and software. However his unroot will not work since I have taken the update. Anything available now? Again I am trying to unroot, not root this phone.

Thanks

Pretty sure if you took the update you should be unrooted, unless you used an app to specifically keep root.

I am assuming (and I know where that can get me ) that I am rooted as I still see the SuperUser Icon when I look at my apps. I have erased the SD card and let the phone do a factory reset.

Just cause the app is there does not mean you are footed... try ru..ing an app that needs root to make sure

this is just lin-sanity
