If anyone is interested in having the Google talk with voice and video. Easy to install, just have to allow non market apps to install.

I downloaded and installed this app. After installing, I clicked on it, it asked for super user permissions, I clicked yes. After that it said that every Google process had stopped. Market stopped, YouTube stopped, Gmail stopped. Its like this one app Killed everything on my phone. I actually had to restore from cwm to get everything to work again. My advice, stay away from this app!!!

Well, I would suggest you to buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab A. It has very bright 720p HD display. The performance is powered by 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor which quite slow but acceptable as it is one of the best tablets under 100 (https://tabletunderbudget.com/best-tablets-under-100-dollars/) and at this cheap price it's quite good. There is also 5MP camera on the back and 2MP front camera for video-calling and selfie. Moreover it supports dual band wifi and 4.0 bluetooth. According to GSM Arena, the tablet runs upto 11 hours on single charge and that's magnificent at this cheap price.
