I was trying to sbf back to 602, and I was trying to get RSD lite to read my X, but for some reason it wouldn't read it, even though I was in bootloader recovery. I am trying to get rid of the ICX rom that's on my X. Thanks

Do you have the current drivers installed? I don't have a link handy, but you can search for the latest Motorola drivers...

I had the same problem, some times rsd lite works, other times it doesn't. I suggest trying the Linux method, has worked 100% of the time

Never mind, I got it working. I sbf'd, re-rooted, and installed MIUI ICS. its working well, and this time I remembered to back up everything and I backed up my contacts to Google. This time, I remembered to do a nandroid backup of stock Gingerbread.
