It says my su binary is outdated, so I click "Update" like a normal person, right?

Well the screen says

Downloading manifest...okay!
Parsing manifest...okay!
Latest version=3.0.3
Checking installed version=2.3.1-ef (Red)
Fixing database...okay!
Checking for busybox...okay!
Checking current install path...fail! (Red)
Failed to find currently installed su binary
Update cannot continue

Does this mean I'm not rooting or something? Rooted apps like Root Explorer and ShootMe work so I have no clue.

Well I'm trying to go into the D2 bootstrap right now to install Wug's tether patch and it hung up on the boot logo....

I also have found in the market that superuser elite has an update, however I never installed it but Im assuming its what liquid came equipped with. Lots of people complained with the update so I havent updated yet. Also cause I thought it was kind of weird.

R u running a rom, if so how long. I had the same problem, just back up, sbf and do clean install. This time try update super user first and see what happens.

Not to sound cocky, but how would you like me to backup?
