Looks there was a major hickup in the installation and you're going to need to SBF to fix it. Follow the Droid X SBF link in my signature

Holy hell that looks like a pain in the ass.

It's really not that bad. It may look a little intimidating at first, but when you break it down it's pretty easy

1) Download the file for the version you want (I assume 602)
2) Right click on the downloaded file and select to burn disc image (native function of windows)
3) Reboot PC
4) Enter BIOS (Aka setup)
- Watch the screen it will tell you what to push and when (typically it's an F# key, or tab, home, esc)
5) In setup, go to the "Boot" section, and change the Boot Priority to have CD Drive first, and Hard Drive second
6) Save and reboot
7) Follow on screen directions
8) After it's done, remove CD from drive and reboot PC

Or, if you don't want to do it yourself, you could take it into Verizon and have them SBF it for you.
