I'm a Dx user.. I'm pretty new to root and overclocking etc... I've rooted and installed Milestone overclock. It basically gives me 3 options for my cpu.

1150 mhz, 70 vsel
1300 mhz, 80 vsel
1150 mhz, 80 vsel

I really love the speed at 1300 mhz, 80 vsel. However, is this going to damage my hardware or drop my battery life to like 2 hours (slight exaggeration lol)???

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!!!!

In general, 1300 @ 80vsel will tear through your battery, make your phone get hot, and eventually make your phone reset or freeze. I'd say go into custom settings and try 1150@60vsel. If it runs without for a day without resets or freezing, you can bump up the clock incrementally and see how it runs for a day or so. Keeping your vsel to 60 or less will keep your battery life decent. My phone is an early DX, and it will only run 1111@60vsel.
