Sorry for this unimportant question..can i install system apps via terminal emulator? And my ADB knowledge is zero :'(

You can but it's much easier/faster to simply copy the apk to the /system/app/ folder and set the permissions to rw-r--r-- and reboot.

This is easiest with root explorer (IMO)

Another easier option is if the app is already installed, but it's a user app, titanium backup can convert most user apps to system apps. Just launch titanium, tap backup/restore tab, find the app in the list and long press it. If it's capable of being converted you will see the option there in the popup window.
