I downloaded Titan Backup and uninstalled some apps, one being Yahoo Contacts and Authenticator because I dont use yahoo. I read somewhere that this may be why I cannot add a new contact.

How can I get it to add contacts now?

Can't until you install those Yahoo apps/ apks

If you don't have them saved somewhere you'll most likely have to sbf back to stock

Not unless you can find the apks for the system number your on or someone loads then up for you there isn't another option.

And yes the sbf will wipe your phone but if you have your contracts backed up to Google/ gmail account they will sync again once you sign into your Google account after setup

Yeah sbf is really a lot easier thanbit used to be. Here's what you should do:

1-Use TiBu to backup all your "user apps" but not system data
2-Use SMS Backup/Restore from the market to backup your text messages if you don't want to lose them
3-Google search "wugfresh sbfboot" and follow the instructions

The sbfboot utility from wugfresh makes sbf really easy

Oh yeah and for the future: Use TiBu to back up your apks before you go off uninstalling all willy-nilly lol

How do I just backup my contacts and apps?

Paid apps are attached to the Google account you used to sign into your phone along with contacts ( unless you use Verizon backup assistant)

Free apps you'll need to be rooted and use an app like titanium backup or something similar
