Everytime I attempt to check my voicemail, I get the "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, the number you have called has been disconnected or......" I can send and receive texts, incoming and outgoing calls are fine, bill is paid....any ideas?

Call Verizon's help desk. They'll have to reset something on their end, I suspect.

Shouldn't be too big of a deal for the help desk to fix. A few minutes on the phone and you should be g2g.

Nah. Not unless you're returning the phone. That's not something they can tell unless you mention it (without them actually looking at the phone).

I honestly didn't think so, but I hate dealing with customer service of any type. I have some account changes to make anyway...guess I've put it off long enough.

Somehow I pocket dialed my way into forwarding calls to a random string of numbers...pretty painless...+1 for Verizon

yup, took me to the same message...I pocket dialed myself into call forwarding.
