Comcast is offering a few solutions for you to get a Motorola XOOM (http://www.xoomforums.com/index.php)when acquiring service with them. This is of course only for new customers.

Depending on your choice you may end up with the tablet for FREE or $99. Either way it’s a great deal and a good time to switch if you were looking for one.

The promotion is tied into gaining more popularity of the Xfinity apps (https://market.android.com/search?q=Xfinity&so=1&c=apps) by Comcast that is currently available in the market. The app allows you to control your DVR and set recording.
If you do call to start service be sure to tell them you want the tablet too. They will mail them out to you, so don’t think you can jump into the service truck and run off with 3 or 4 tablets. ;)

Wow, too bad the cable company in my area pays for a monopoly (that really comes out of my pockets) other wise I would switch in a heart beat! What a great deal.

No comcast here, but i do have 25mb/sec Internet for $35. Not a bad deal! Although a free xoom would be nice

Loving me some MIUI

Wow really? Makes me dislike my provider even more... I pay $45 for 10Mbit/sec.... but its either that or DSL....

I used to pay the same for 5mbs with the same company but they recently upgraded everyone's speed for free. Good ol' charter cable! The only downside is they call me every week trying to get me to also get tv and phone through them

We got ours upgraded as well, it used to be 8Mbit/sec for that price, but with only having one cable company in the area, they can charge what ever they want, I know some friends who live in a different county and they said for what I pay, I could be getting 75Mbit/sec with their company...
