I've notice in the last 3 days ssx has gotten buggyer and buggeyer and I haven't changed anything.I was running super smooth and fast, then bam it just started getting buggy. Does anyone know why this happens on some roms?? I tried wiping cash and delvic witch didn't help so I re flashed ssx but still have the same bugs.

Sorry if this is a dumb question.

As you use the phone it learns, so it moves memory around and its built in task killer is trying to adjust its self based on everyday use. But it might not be the rom. It could be your home launcher, a restart of the launcher or a new one may improve things. I would recomend running the latest supercharge script with option 9.

Well good luck but one other thing. Are overclocked/undervolted? Because there cud b a chance u r clocked too high or volted too low. I would rerun quick clock after the phone sitting with the battery out for about 5 minutes.

I don't think its that, Idk what it is, been running the same setup for over a week without problem, just in the past few days its been bug city. First bug was security lock issue, had to reboot after disabling it to get change to take affect, then its that + no data coming off of wifi, once agen a few reboots gets it working, now it's the above + not being able to see text messages (only in the pull down can I see them). Once agen a few reboots gets it working.

I have tried everything short of sbf and starting over. Hence my title, why do roms get buggy. I've had this happen on froyo liberty once also, all is fine than bug city.

Sounds like a problem at install to me. I would try to reflash your rom zip with a cache clear only befor sbfing though. Sbf will only do u good if there is a problem with your gingerbread kernal which is entirely possible but I would go the reflash rought first

I did a re flash and same bugs, except for the security lock but that only lasted a day and went buggy again.....I just saw a post in the ssx bug thread where someone is having the same problem but only the 3g / wifi issues.

Interesting. I see an SBF in your future. Or a new rom? You may have gotten a bad download too

Maybe something whent wrong in Titanium backup that causes a laggy bugginess.

See that's the thing, I've been on ssx sense it dropped and was fine till a few days ago.

Sbf is nbd anyway for me, just haven't had time, work is crazy this week, 4 days in a row 4 am till 10 at night and its looking like a slumber party tonight :(

Try using autokiller in the market if your rooted. It works really good. Set it to strict and your phone will stay fast.

I used to use auto-killer but i removed it when I found the V6 SuperCharger script. You should check that out it's even better than AKMO and you only have to set it one time. If you do try it out, use setting 9
