MD5 (1KDStaz0.9.iso) = 2f36c808ae05e914f1210bcf0ef8d33f

Download - 1KDStaz0.9_4.5.596.iso (http://www.multiupload.com/Z4QX095L9K) (4.5.596 Gingerbread (currently no root method))

Of those 2 what one should I get seeing as I had my phone go to .596? do I download the gingerbread one or do i want the FroYo one to flash back to .340? I'm all charged up, plugged in, and ready to do this. Just making sure to add some twerks into everything to make sure I am 1 0 0 %

Just realized that I provided 2 links in a question, Idk how the rules exactly work I know it is someone elses work. Apologies if I made a mistake there. Not mine, they were posted by the wonderful 1KDS.

.340 is the one you want to get back to Froyo. The Gingerbread would be just like taking the OTA.

Gotchya, glad to see ya on man. Gonna be hearing a lot from me in the next couple hours. Ok well here's a double check to make sure I have this right so far...I'm gonna go with the Z4 from the reading I did...Got titanium Backup....Got D2 Bootstrap...phones charged...Burning that iso now. anything missing?

Nope, next you just need to figure out which direction you want to go once you're back to Froyo and rooted. Also, z4root usually doesn't work on the first try, so if it doesn't seem like it's doing anything, reboot the phone and try again.

Ok, what do you necessarily mean by what direction I wanna go after It's rooted? Basically what do I want to do?

Obviously you want root so flash the .340... The other is stock GB and cannot be rooted.

Don't forget to unplug your phone while using z4 root.

Ok. Hope you guys stick around :P A bit nervous for my first time rooting and such. Waiting for D2 Bootstrap to finish downloading as well as the iso so.

Yes, once you're back, you can either stay on on rooted froyo and flash a froyo ROM, upgrade to prerooted Gingerbread and flash a GB ROM or stay without a ROM, or you can go from froyo to CM7 or SSX.

Ok, still getting set up. So from the readings I've done I think I'll stay on rooted froyo. Unless you have a better suggestion for me (right now I'm kinda going at opinions and suggestions untill i really learn the ropes).

The whole ROM Business is where I've been a bit lost in. Idk really where to go for that or what's "best" for me.

Is the link I'm kinda using as a reference while I do this. Made by someone from the forums here actually. After I flash I factory reset the phone right? or is that after I root?

And I was double checking that stuff is on my sd card...my D2 Bootstrap wont go to my sd card...is that a problem? And do I download z4 before flashing or do I just flash first and THEN worry about that stuff?

D2 Bootstrap will be saved to your Google account so if you download it now, you will be able to download through the market->my apps.

Yes, after you flash the SBF you will bootloop, that's normal, pull the battery and hold power+home buttons to boot into stock recovery, then factory reset.

SSX is simple, download, boot into clockwork recovery (via bootstrap) and flash.

I usually wait until the screen asks me to choose if my phones plugged in and in bootloader before I actually plug it in, not sure if you did that.

Have you tried rebooting the PC? Did you burn to a disc or USB? What did you use to burn?
