Got a warranty replacement last week and it can with GB 2.3.3 on it so i attempted to SBF back to .340 so that i could get root. I downloaded the Full SBF, RSD lite, and Drivers from the TBH app before flashing. The first time i flashed it failed at RAM bootloader and when i tried a second time it stoped at BP install. So i had a system only SBF tried it and it worked so i tried the Full Sbf again and it failed at Ram boot again. need some help i have searched but all i can find it to try a different SBF but i'm already using the one that everyone states to use. Also i'm running Vista

This is a link to the Linux disk that flashes u back to froyo, this is what I used instead of the rsd method, and it works, follow directions exact and u should be good, good luck

Just download it on your computer. It's got to end up there anyways.

You have to go into stock recovery, and wipe data and cache, after that it. Will boot up like it should, common issue when sbf' ing back to froyo

Yup, if the sbf completely finished and verified everything, and rebooted the phone, pull the battery, and put it back in, power up by holding power+home hardkeys for about 5 secs, release them, when you see the android exclamation icon, hit the search hardkey, use the volume button to highlight wipe data/ factory reset use camera button to select. It, highlight yes, press camera button, should take a minute or two, do it twice (can't hurt :) ) select reboot system, and you should be good to go.

Maybe you got a bad or broken file download. I've used rsdlite 4.8 on a windows xp pc and haven't had problems with that method. Id try re-downloading the sbf file and make sure the md5 sum and file size are correct on your pc. Just a thought if you haven't already checked

rsdlite 4.9 gave me problems first time as well, but I think id gotten a bad download at that first attempt. Double check that you have up to date Motorola drivers, and maybe try rsdlite 4.8. Make sure you have the proper version for vista (32 or 64bit)

Also when you download an sbf file, download the file directly on your pc, not on your phone to transfer to the pc. I had problems trying that, but not directly downloading on the pc. The tbh app sbf is for flashing on your phone from cwm. The sbf file can be found elsewhere on the forum, probably in the rs guides. Im sorry, but I don't know how to link to stuff or id link to it for you

Search droid sbf files on this forum and you'll find links to the sbf file you'll need to download to use with rsdlite. I didn't look long at the site the link there took you to, but it may also have drivers and stuff as well. Good luck, and please keep everyone posted
