I'm not sure if this really belongs in the Development and Hacking forum, so if it needs to be moved--Mods, you know what to do! :big smile:

I just upgraded my stock, unrooted DroidX to 2.3.3 via OTA. However, after that upgrade I am unable to use the Android SDK to take screenshots. I use this quite a bit as I write instruction documentation for my company (how to connect to our mail server, how to save a contact, etc).

When I plugged it in via USB the first time, Windows came up with "new hardware found". When everything was finished, it showed up under an "MTP" connection.

I've downloaded and updated all new packages from the Android SDK repos with no change.

My question is this: How can I either use ADB on the stock 2.3.3 DroidX OR use the SDK screen capture feature with an MTP connection?

Thanks for all your help!

Argh, sorry. Apparently the Gingerbread update turned off my "USB Debugging" mode (I had it on before the OTA in preparation).

Sorry, guys. I should have looked there.
