(on the blue and black screen) my phone says "E:Can't open/cache/recovery/command"

if i click reboot system now, it works fine. except for the fact that i cant use superuser or droid overclock or quick clock mod.

well also, my super user says the automatic update failed because "an error occurred and SU was not updated. A zipfile (su-2.3.1 - bin-signed.zip) has been placed on your sdcard, please reboot into recovery mode and flash it to update your subinary." i have NO idea what that means lol...

It means to use bootstrap (if you have it installed) to boot into recovery and install the .zip file that is now on your sd card. If you don't have bootstrap I wouldn't worry about updating su.
