I didn't like the rom so I'm back on rubix, downloaded the honeycomb animation, I want the honeycomb icon instead of the old liberty icon before the animation. Please help.

If you are referring to the Bee boot logo, as far as I know, no one has it made for the X yet, and if they do, I hope they post it so I can stop working on it. Boot logos are harder than I expected to make, though I'm sure once I figure out the proper steps, I'll think it rather easy. My last attempt turned the bee pinkish instead of the blue it was supposed to be.

Yeah that's what I was referring to. How can I at least delete this liberty thing?

If you want the original motorola M, this (http://www.mediafire.com/?aum864opyrryxdt) will do it. Also have the Glow Droid file (http://www.mediafire.com/?uw7ed9jn3k3942g) handy too.

I'm trying to actually make a boot logo, but it's harder than I thought it would be. Think I have an error in my steps somewhere, most likely in the hex editing part. Right now the honeycomb bee is a weird pinkish color (though I'm sure maybish would love it) with a white background instead of blue with a black background.

Both of those files are flashable via Clockwork.

Just install through recovery on the root of sd card?

Through clockwork yes. I always put them in a subdirectory on my SD card, just to keep it a bit cleaner. (I have a BootLogo directory, a BootAnimation directory, ROM directory, Apps directory, Patches directory, and whatever other directories get created by other apps. I need to find some sort of way to get them to all use subdirectories under something like /sdcard/data/(app name), that would make my card much cleaner.)
