Ok..so I've been searching and can't seem to find the correct answers I'm looking for..I'm rooted with z4..if I ever want to unroot..I understand I would have to go back to my stock backup..but if I just hit unroot that will only get rid of the su correct..I have to go and uninstall bootstrap and use terminal emulator to get rid of clockwork first right? Or can I just unroot with terminal emulator the whole way and not worry about unrooting with z4?..I know there's multiple questions here but thanks in advance!

get rid of bootstrap/clockwork THEN unroot. unrooting alone will remove root but all of the other things u put there when u had root will remain

Yeah make sure u unroot first, sounds like is kinda a pain, if u unroot then realize u didn't remove other stuff first.
