View Full Version : Dell Will Pay You to Take a Droid X, Droid Incredible, or Droid Pro

12-16-2010, 11:35 AM

According to multiple (http://www.intomobile.com/2010/12/15/dell-offers-droid-x-free-throws-in-25-gift-card/) sources (http://www.droid-life.com/2010/12/15/buy-a-droid-x-incredible-or-pro-from-dell-and-theyll-hand-you-25/), Dell is currently offering a great (too good?) deal on a new Incredible, Droid X, or Droid Pro:

With a new activation:
- the phone is free
- they waive the activation fee
- shipping is free
- they'll even throw in a $25 gift card.

I haven't found a catch yet... so, Happy Holidays! Check it out. (http://mobility.dell.com/template/simpleautocontent.aspx?pageid=8692&r=dellmobility&refcode1=DMS_1215_001_EMAILCAPTIVATE&dgc=EM&cid=62436&lid=1565348&acd=63EMVK-AFWUN-EK2S2TE-P3YEIE-M4D07-v1)

:)WOW....what a great deal. I paid $299 for my one year contract. It was $199 for two year contract. This one is free so it pays to wait a few weeks/months if you can stand it. Thanks

You have to be starting a new line of service for it to be free. Just like all the other sites lol.

Go ahead, play around. Try upgrading the non-primary line of a family plan. It's 129.99

Only 19.99 if you are upgrading the primary line. But still. It wants to change your contract to purchase.

used this deal on the 28th of nov to score 2 droid xs. the catch is for the first 6 months there is an additional 350 dollar etf if you change your plan to a lower one or cancel. i would hope you can be satisfied for at least 6 months...

Got my DX from dell a week or so back and it only cost me 50, plus I got an incredible for the wife for free (We have a family share plan of course) if I upgraded today it would be 129! Glad I got the deal when it was around!

Sent from my DROIDX using Droid X Forum App

Just got mine yesterday and can't put it down! Masterxace is right about the strings, but if you can get in a plan that works for you, it shouldn't be a problem. Plus, we got the $30 off the data plan for the wife's new incredible...very happy with this deal!!

This still works. Droid X ($50) and Incredible for free. Upgrade/renewal

Never mind. This doesn't work for business accounts.
