Hello all, I have a rooted and deodexed dx.

I need it all back to stock so I can take my phone in for a speaker issue and not be denied due to being rooted.

I rooted with Silentkills root and have the black glass theme.

Can I just simply unroot, readd the bloatware I deleted and not brick my phone?

Thanks in advanced.

You can use 928BGX back to stock zip to get rid of the theme by using this http://928droid.com/ThemeFiles/DroidX/22%20DeOdexed/928Droid-BackToStock-DroidX22-OTA-DeOdexed.zip

For root just reinstall the bloat. They can't tell its rooted or deodexed if they're just going to fix a speaker. Download launcher pro and you can hide apps from view with the hide apps option so they can't see what you have for root.

If you want to play it safe you can sbf and be completely stock.

Does the silentkill root have an option to unroot?

Ok, undeodexed and now gmail keeps force closing, wtf?

Nevermind, gmail needed update I guess.

I deodexed, and simply unrooted with SilentKills program and everything it fine, bloatware comes back, click on it and it want's to "update" it. So I'm in the clear, thanks alot!

Sweet. SBF is getting the phone back to complete stock, right out of the box. It wipes everything.
