Hi, Ive rooted my phone and downloaded the free version of Titanium . I tried to get the Pro version and when it says the app will be downloaded, the green ball starts spinng thane stops.. The google recept says the order is on hold with Joel and the charge attempt failed. I have plenty of cash in the account . It says it might be a precautionary measure against fraud.. Has this happened to anyone else and if not can someone help??

just go to settings, applications, manage applications, fliter ALL at the top... scroll down and down and down until you get to Market, click market, and UNINSTALL UPDATES at the top. when you go back into the market it will be as if it were the first time you ever used it, but will work flawlessly. win.

I've tried that several times and everytime i research for it it comes back up in my downloaded section as purchased. I try and download but it stops prior to it co.pleting. I've also attempted to cancel or get refund but it states o. Haven't paid for it. I've also gone back into google and verified my credit card info and its correct. How can itotally delete the purchase history and start over?

Did you get a google checkout receipt? Are you sure you have been charged? You probably know, but if not, you need the free ti backup before dl'ing the pro key.

I haven't been charged yet and I do have the free version. I just did a search on google download problems and it said to make sure google talk is working. I think I deleted that app with the titanium back up. Do you think this could be the problem? If so how do I get it back it not in the market

Seems to me you don't need to download TB Pro...you open the free version and add the Pro 'key'...I forget exactly how it works because it's been a while since I did it...But you don't install TB pro, because you already have TB, you just get the PRO patch over top of it, IIRC...

You still have to dl the pro key form the market, afaik.

here's a gtalk download (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=314073&d=1271942963), not sure if that's the problem or not

Yes you need gtalk to download certain apps on the market. That is the probably. Google gtalk market app and see if it gives you a link to download.
