Im not sure if this is an apex issue but it hasn't happened before. I checked all my voicemails and rebooted and the notification won't go away. Help!

Im not sure if this is an apex issue but it hasn't happened before. I checked all my voicemails and rebooted and the notification won't go away. Help!

Try deleting the message......
The voicemail notification is controlled by the carrier's network. When you listen to your messages, the system sends a specially formatted SMS to the phone to tell it to stop displaying the notification. Contact your carrier and talk to technical support. Tell the rep the message waiting indicator is stuck, and they can resend the message.
